Key responsibilities:- development and design of VSV and VBV for a new aircraft engine systems (Leap Engine, Snecma Silvercrest Engine and GE Passport Engine)- preparing 3D models, drawings, detail drawings, layouts, bill of materials etc.- providing and reviewing stack-up calculations with Geometrical Dimensioning and - Tolerancing knowledge - preparing 3D models for FEA tasks according to CAE engineer- manufacturing tools selection according to parts feasibility- participation in cost reduction activities (DTC)- provide technical expertise from CAD side to other team members- Test & Validation – supporting certification engineers with expertise on design of test rigs and fluid sustainability (matching materials)
