For more than 10 years, Calciosociale has been working with young people to prevent different forms of social deviance by proposing a pedagogical model that changes the rules of soccer in an inclusive perspective and educates people to become active citizens.I manage the volunteers involved in the solidarity campaigns and I collaborate in the organization of cultural events at Campo dei Miracoli, the head office of Calciosociale.My achievements:1. I organized and ran the presentation of the book "Empatia" at Campo dei Miracoli, together with the author Roman Krznaric.2. I collaborated in the C.R.O.S.S. project and in the organization of the International Social Soccer Tournament.3. I created and coordinated the group of volunteers based in Rome.4. Managed more than 1500 people involved in the "Un Aiuto per Corviale" campaign.

I created this project in 2013 for the national contest #NoViolenza #Donne, promoted by AiedRoma and Cocoon Projects (www.noviolenza.it). Its main objective is to combat violence, injustice and bullying by promoting a pedagogical model based on empathy and inclusiveness.I organized a number of events in Italian towns, collaborating with associations, tv programs, schools, writers and journalists, film-makers and artists. I spread the 'empathic' message in different contexts and digital platform, receiving a lot of endorsements for my innovative approach on these topics.

Founded in 1949, Armando Editore boasts a long tradition in Human Sciences publications, with a focus on pedagogy, philosophy, sociology and communication.1. As publisher's assistant I worked on the publications' calendar, interacting with the administrative office, the editorial staff, the press office and the marketing office.2. I improved the internal communication and the relationships with the authors, the external collaborators and international partners. 3. I renewed the filing system, providing efficient solutions to monitor the work-flow of the company.4. As foreign rights manager, I helped the company to obtain translation grants from European institutions and I enhanced the relations with foreign publishers.5. I translated four books from English into Italian.

Be With Us realizes educational projects aimed at combating youth problems and school drop-out.I ran a number of workshops with the students of "Antonio Labriola" High School. By adapting the concept of "If You Were Me" to the school context, I proposed activities about empathy and consciousness in relationships.

I wrote articles about human rights and LGBT community.

I published articles in the "Women and Culture" and "Women and Society" sections.

During my internship, I collaborated in the organization of events and in writing scripts. I also worked as a trainer in the "Arteam" department, coordinating an acting workshop for the students of an elementary school in Rome.
