After closing his Studio he focused on his ORF assignment.Moving from Audio Engineering to the dispatching office, he got a couple of years of first hand experience in the planning, scheduling and dispatching process of a public broadcaster. He got assigned as Scheduler, Pre-planner and Head of the scheduling department and implemented the scheduling solution ScheduALL nationwide in Austria for all ORF stations. During this time he not only became an expert in the software and managing software projects, but also evolved to a recognized expert in Media / Broadcast process consulting.In 2004, after almost 15 years working in ORF, I quit my job and moved on to new endeavors by founding my own company, MSCG, together with other industry veterans.Due to various assignments we have implemented various projects covering consulting, implementing and integrating resource scheduling, news room, channel planning, playout and OTT software into various environments involving as well techincal solution archtecture, project & interim and change management.
