In this position, I was the Study Coordinator for the Harlem satellite site of the COMPASS study. Collaborating with the PI and site leaders, I assisted in all activities preparing the site for study activation. Additionally, as this role required the overseeing of multiple departments, I was responsible for the quality control of the recruitment, community outreach, and data management teams.Overall, I managed the training and supervision of a team of 20 research staff. My team consisted of recruiters, outreach workers, laboratory assistants, and program assistants, who performed recruitment, interviews, COVID tests, and antibody tests. We successfully completed over 1,000 interviews in 4 months time.
