I am a partner at McManis Faulkner with more than 20 years of trial work in civil litigation coupled with my experience as Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York. My civil trial experience covers many areas, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour law claims, trade secrets misappropriation, copyright infringement, and breach of contract.I am also an experienced appellate lawyer at both the state and federal levels, and am the Chair of McManis Faulkner's Appellate Practice Group.
