• International Supply Chain Project requiring customs clearance, cargo receipt, cross-docking, and onward movement (via sea and air)
• Re-engineer existing receiving/cross-docking operation as well as warehouse layout to meet the contractual KPI of 36 hours for cargo receipt while optimizing for higher volume phases of the project, balancing speed.
• Develop new company standards for packaging, crating and air-craft pallet tie-down to be more in-line with industry standards

Killeen/Temple, Texas Area

• In support of 4ID logistical requirements within NORTHCOM & CENTCOM
• Advise organization on logistics issues, capabilities, and requirements
• Assist logistical teams in assessing capabilities, requirements, and potential shortfalls for the development of movement plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Provide direction, training, and support to hazardous materials certifiers to ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory guidance (49 CFR, IMDG, IATA, TM 38-250)
