- Management of the full recruitment process (using Greenhouse software) including CV-screening, phone interviews, in-person interviews, feedback calls (rejections and hires) and active sourcing on different platforms such as LinkedIn and Magnet.me- Continuous improvements to the current recruitment process, such as implementing a new recruitment case for the selection of business analyst interns- Support with the concept, implementation, selection and evaluation of Picnic`s first traineeship called “Fast Track to Leadership” focusing on supply chain graduates- Event management for internal and external events, such as an intern alumni event and an external recruitment event at the university of Mannheim- Project management, such as developing a feedback survey for event participants and an onboarding handbook for new recruiters
