- Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to contract offers- Providing support throughout the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding- Developing, implementing and ensuring compliance with company policies and German Labour laws - Actively shaping, guiding, and optimizing HR processes for improved efficiency- Organizing employee training programs and career development initiatives

- Management of research projects in the field of human resources and error management in healthcare- Conceptualization and implementation of trainings for postgraduate healthcare professionals- Designing, implementation and evaluation of studies- Quantitative & qualitative data analysis

- Management of the full recruitment process (using Greenhouse software) including CV-screening, phone interviews, in-person interviews, feedback calls (rejections and hires) and active sourcing on different platforms such as LinkedIn and Magnet.me- Continuous improvements to the current recruitment process, such as implementing a new recruitment case for the selection of business analyst interns- Support with the concept, implementation, selection and evaluation of Picnic`s first traineeship called “Fast Track to Leadership” focusing on supply chain graduates- Event management for internal and external events, such as an intern alumni event and an external recruitment event at the university of Mannheim- Project management, such as developing a feedback survey for event participants and an onboarding handbook for new recruiters

- Supporting the annual performance and talent management process- Coordination and support within several Lufthansa trainee programs (e.g. “StartCargo” and “ProTeam”)- Implementation of HR marketing activities for the target group university students and graduates- Recruitment of the following intern (e.g. preselecting applicants and conducting phone interviews)
