As an executive business coach and EOS implementer, Christina operates with a "clear is kind" mentality improving financial offices nation wide using materials from Strategic Coach, EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), Digital Marketer, and a variety of other teachings based on the unique needs of her clients. She uses her Integrator mindset to improve processes and leverage technology whenever possible to help offices with planning, communication and efficiencies & has just enough Visionary to be keep things interesting.In addition to working with elite Advisors Excel offices, Christina is a key contributor in several AE initiatives including the launch of AE Digital, a regular author/contributor to AE Insider Magazine, and co-hosts monthly training webinars. Never one to shy away from the spotlight, Christina is committed full team development speaking to advisors and team members from the main stage and industry events. Christina runs a tight (pirate) ship at home and spends her glimmers of free time moonlighting as an unpaid Uber driver for three boys, routinely being one month behind in her book club, and consistently testing her introvert husband’s patience. She is active in the Columbia non profit sector assisting in strategic planning efforts throughout the community and pairs her MidWest Nice with her German heritage to get things done efficiently. Always the educator, her dual bachelor’s degree in Communication/Psychology from Truman State and Master of Education from the University of Missouri are a perfect combination to serve our Advisors and have provided her a unique vision to not only build successful teams, but to assist them with reaching their long term goals.
