My role was directly responsible for managing tours; creating precise projections in atVenu and Excel for the beginning of, and ongoing tour, managing inventory and logistics, ensuring margins and COGs are met for each tour. I conducted market research, analyzed past product sales and sales by region to assist with product development with brand managers, also in alignment with e-commerce, retail and licensing. In addition, I worked closely with road managers on show settlements, inventory review, and assisted in solving ad-hoc tour issues.Pivoting over from the Tour Department at the start of the pandemic, I was involved in the product development and production management of merchandise for e-commerce for artists including The Rolling Stones, Selena Gomez, Greta Van Fleet, Elton John, Tupac and many more. I worked alongside Brand Managers, implementing and managing calendars and timelines for a variety of product categories. I also worked with Creative to develop executable items, and a range of vendors to procure samples and ensure the final products met the artists vision and are delivered to the warehouse in a timely manner to distribute to customers.

For 12 years, I was a freelance music industry professional in events, touring & artist support. I specialized in event production & management, tour management, tour merchandise production & management, artist support / relations, logistics, publicity, website management and social media support. I have worked on small club tours, charity events to multi-day festivals. My business lead me to relocate to New York in May of 2016, where I currently reside. Boutique Print, Design and Merchandising CompanyJoining the company in its infancy, I took ownership of numerous business administration functions, researching, sourcing and implementing systems and processes to facilitate growth from two staff members to twelve; in turn quadrupling the annual turn over in the subsequent fiscal year with shown continued growth. I was also responsible for new business development, client services, including leveraging Keep It Movin’ clients and industry contacts and project management. My role continued to expand to end-to end operations, including finance and accounts management, payroll, as well as recruitment, training, mentoring and supervising staff. I continued to work remotely from New York from May 2016 to January 2019, overseeing Business Operations.

Event Merchandising CompanyI was responsible for selling and supervising small to large-scale sports, theatre and music event concessions stands, sales and staffing, including pre and post-event stock inventory, reporting and reconciliation.

Entertainment Consulting, Promotions and Booking Agency **Best Club Night: Red Room, Urban Music Awards (industry nominated, public voted). My role was varied within the agency, which included entertainment consultation to venues and promoters, sourcing and providing staff, managing sponsorship, coordinating street and online marketing, sourcing and implementing operational processes. I was also responsible for brokering contracts and working within budgets to provide local and international entertainment, coordinating tours and appearances for high profile artists, building and maintaining expansive industry networks.
