Create files for delinquent and neglect juvenile cases within the AS400 system. Retrieve files and paperwork for the general caseworkers, attorneys, and general public. Assist customers via telephone with limited information given as it relates to juvenile cases. Retrieve and return files to shelf as well as shift files when necessary to allow for more file to be able to fit onto the shelf. Order files that are no longer housed in our location, and notifying customers when we are in receipt of files.

Assisted when necessary with the change of venue desk. Helped customers at the self help e-filing kiosk when needed.

Used computer to enter money orders to be placed into inmate's accounts. Issued checks and property to inmates upon their release as well as issued property to inmate's authorized agents.
