With over 20 years of Information Technology consulting experience working with state and local government agencies, Michele brings innovative and proven approaches to organizational change management, business process analysis and re-engineering, implementation readiness planning and assessment, user training, knowledge management, and enterprise governance. Michele has served in key leadership delivery and implementation roles on projects such as the Child Welfare Digital Services new system (CWS-CARES), FTB’s Enterprise Data to Revenue projects, and California's statewide child support project (CCSAS). She is a Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management Professional (CCMP), and is certified in the Prosci® Change Management methodology and Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM).
