Aside from a lifetime of world travel, Scott's history includes a long successful record in Marketing, Account, Project, and Sales Staff Management at several Manufacturing and Technology companies ...building strategic initiatives in the development of revenue growth, as well as the retention of key Partners. He has been involved in pioneering many levels of the development of the online marketplace concepts that drive eCommerce today.  As an owner of Foster and Foster Properties, LLC, Scott manages Oil and Gas Interests, as well as Water and Surface resources on his family properties in the Permian Basin, and he worked his way through college working in the Oil and Gas Industry. His many relationships in that industry has lasted a lifetime and continue today. Raised on a farm/ranch, Scott carries the personal knowledge necessary, as well as a Texas Real Estate License, to both market and appreciate the value of property ownership.As a seven year veteran serving as Chairman of the Appraisal Review Board in Bandera County, Texas, Scott has a good base knowledge of property values, as well as the property tax implications involved in land ownership.  He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Bandera Natural History Museum.With interests in many outdoor sports, like hunting, Scott enjoys the offerings of South and Central Texas every day!
