Responsible for managing all aspects of joint ventures, strategic partnerships and debt facilities for Credigy, focusing on our partners' operational execution and compliance with the established joint venture, loan or partnership agreements to include:-overall pre-tax performance of all US Structured Investments-defining and executing the operational strategy for each partner and;-evaluating performance against initial underwriting expectations

Responsible for the asset management of a portfolio in excess of $1B of both performing and defaulted commercial debt/equity and REO assets, including multi-family, condominium, office, hotel, and land assets comprised of CMBS and CDO loans, as well as assets with environmental, tax, legal and development complexitiesSupervise and direct 40+ project team members in note and asset sale underwriting and valuation projects in excess of $1.85B for multiple clients across all asset classes related to FDIC, OTC, CMBS Legacy Loans and other government backed joint venture real estate resolution programsLead analyst team in underwriting and qualifying equity construction draws in excess of $200M by hospitality developer for new construction loans prior to construction debt closing Create and review financial models to project and analyze pro forma and historic asset performance and value, including NPV,IRR and DCFApprove annual and quarterly budgets, all new and renewal leases and all capital expense requests for assets under managementDevelop and maintain broker and 3rd party service provider relationships in key marketsQuantify current and historic market performance indicators for comparable assets to assist in determining value, performance benchmarks and sales activity in multiple US and global markets
