After a week's work experience in January 2008, I was invited back to Wisemans on a temporary basis. While working at Wisemans I dealt with incoming and outgoing IT stock, and was actively involved in the physical audit of all IT equipment in Head Office, as well as other sites.I worked within the Service Delivery team, a team dedicated to the ordering, distribution and handling of IT equipment throughout Wisemans' 21 site locations. This seen me deal with new challenges on a day to day basis, I developed a keen interest in Customer Service and enjoyed working within a fast paced, highly motivated office environmentI was also required to liaise with external suppliers and off-site employees, delivering both a high standard of service and swift resolution to their queries.
