In my current role, I worked as a Business Development Manager at Prota Polska Sp. z o.o. for over 3 years. In this position, I was responsible for onboarding and training hundreds of new customers as well as providing ongoing technical support for our solutions. I also regularly performed live product demonstrations and ran workshops at conferences, events, and customer meetings. Additionally, I developed data-driven market strategies based on customer feedback and directed them to the development team to drive business growth and ensure key objectives and KPIs were consistently exceeded. In this role, I consulted on Autodesk's entire product portfolio, lectured in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 services, and Prota Structure at well-reputed firms. I provided in-depth technical support to users for Autodesk products and Prota Structure, performed highly detailed technical documentation for complex software features, performed extensive tests on alpha and beta versions of software to thoroughly verify results, and collected and interpreted detailed customer feedback that was directly provided to the product management and development teams.I hold a Master's degree in Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, where I graduated at the top of my class, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sakarya University. I also participated in the prestigious Erasmus Exchange Programme and studied at VSB Ostrava Technical University (Czech Republic).In addition to my work experience, I possess excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. I am also highly proficient in Camtasia, Snagit, Orion, Etabs, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Civil 3D, BIM 360, and Prota Structure. In addition, my mother tongue is Turkish, and I am fluent in English.
