Manasi possesses the intellect and drive required to accomplish any task which is set before her with minimal prompt or explanation. She is capable of troubleshooting and working on cross-functional teams. She is organized, savvy, and enjoyable to work with. When working with other tenured individuals at the company and having mentioned her co-op had concluded, they did not believe that Manasi was a co-op and thought she was a product manager based on her involvement and ownership of major training initiatives, documentation required by the FDA, and content creation.
