The first six months at Tarjama have been about setting a direction for the area and the team. I am now moving into a more strategic role, thinking up the strategy for the Vendor Management function in the long term.

Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vendor management program to ensure that the organization is working with high-quality and cost-effective vendors. Responsible for developing and executing strategies to manage vendor relationships and optimize vendor performance, leading a team of Vendor Managers accountable for driving vendor performance to meet and exceed business objectives.

Key player in defining legal and payment terms for our collaborators, the processes for handling quality complaints and internal investigations, responsible for communication at a small and broad scale.
