DANIELLE N. MOTLEY-LEWIS is the Founder and Principal of The Motley Collective (TMCo), an Organization and Systems Change consulting firm that provides a full spectrum of Program Development and Project Management services. Danielle brings to the work 20+ years of cross-sectoral leadership experience and a strong commitment to social justice. Danielle’s passion is driven by her lived experience and dedication to improving the life outcomes of her community, especially those impacted by incarceration and racial inequity, through advocacy, policy change, and the creation of equitable opportunities. Danielle is an Innovative Program Creator with experience designing and implementing a wide range of programs, including workforce development and internship programs for high school and college students, policy training for young professionals, technical assistance and capacity development for nonprofits and county departments, reentry planning for people returning to the community after incarceration, and community organizing/leadership training for currently incarcerated individuals.
