As Chief Information Officer, I was directly responsible for all IT products for a global Fortune 500 company. Global Mobility Deployment • Led a multi-year program to migrate 12,000 users from desktop devices to a fully mobile environment that improved user satisfaction, increased workspace flexibility, and enabled entry into new geographic markets. • Presented to executive leadership, the approach, and the cost and schedule for the global rollout allowing accurate financial planning for each of the 16 countries that were involved in the rollout. • Negotiated with vendors to establish global pricing and equipment for 16 different countries.

I skillfully performed an in-depth analysis of market trends and technologies to identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies in the business. I worked closely with business owners to develop business cases, perform software selection, and implement projects to obtain desired operational improvements. I initiated and deployed workflow tooling, scanning technologies, and business process outsourcing to boost timesheet processing, compliance, and operational efficiency. I also initiated, developed, and deployed entirely new business processes to handle candidate I9 documentation to reduce storage costs, eliminate paper filing, and improve regulatory compliance. I deftly delivered new online timesheet processing to provide online time capture (employee) and approval (manager) for improved candidate experience and competitive advantage. I expertly formulated and implemented the first enterprise document management system to deliver a single storage location for key operational process documents.

I proficiently developed and deployed first interactive websites for Robert Half and managed the CRM as well as web application portfolios to optimize organizational performance. I was directly responsible for full-lifecycle technology delivery. I looked after the user needs identification, solution definition, platform selection, design, build, test, deploy, and sustain. I skillfully delivered first integrations between external websites and internal CRM systems to enhance the candidate experience and reduce the workload on staffing professionals. I streamlined candidate data entry by delivering automated resume parsing tools. I deftly implemented detailed system monitoring to ensure system performance and availability.

Played increasingly important roles on critical projects at clients such as Jet Propulsion Labs, AirTouch Cellular, Pacific Bell, and Iridium. Jet Propulsion Labs. Responsible for several projects in the General Ledger, Procurement, and Finance areas. Designed, prototyped, and delivered a system that integrated mainframe batch printing with local laser printers for faster, more efficient delivery of procurement documents. AirTouch Cellular. Responsible for technology infrastructure and architecture that managed the codebase for the core billing system supporting billing and rating of all calls in the LA Metro area. Scalability, flexibility, and reliability were key during the cellphone wars of this period. Pacific Bell. Lead Architect on the Consumer Broadband Project building an entirely new CRM system for a new broadband service. Responsible for integration with legacy billing systems and provisioning processes. Iridium. Responsible for the technical architecture of the billing platform for the Iridium satellite system. Led team that designed deployment process that ran from purchasing hardware and infrastructure components through completely automated and documented system deployment.
