Designed and Implemented a fully automated test method now used by Teradyne and its vendors for testing high performance cable assemblies.Rescued a troubled software development project by convincing team that their requirements document did not match the actual user needs. Corrected the document and implemented a solution now widely used by Teradyne's Test Development Engineers.Tested, debugged, and added several new features to an unfamiliar code base when primary developer left the company. This performance verification software was released on time and is currently in production use.Fixed a difficult to maintain web site by refactoring the code into multiple files with common functionality in separate modules. The new code added several new features, fixed many subtle bugs, ran twice as fast, and followed good coding practices.

Performed failure analysis using optical microscopy, SEM, curve tracing, decapsulation, sectioning.Determined root cause based on failure analysis results.Improved process yields by implementing corrective actions in the fabrication process.

Developed Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to validate the electrical and optical performance of back light panel products. Designed a 3-axis adhesive dispensing system which replaced labor intensive manual methods.Optimized manufacturing cycle times by removing excessive delays from machine control software.
