As a member of the Ortho Grand Rounds team, I have been working with a group of Orthopedic Surgeons from across Canada to develop an online community for Orthopedic surgeons to share and connect with industry and collaborate with colleagues to advance the quality of patient care.As project manager of a planned re-design, l have worked with stakeholders to initiate the re-design development plan including identifying and prioritizing key features, creating a comprehensive road-map and ensuring there is a detailed plan for the development team. -Subjective Test Development to supplement Objective testing methods-Extensive input on the test suite pipeline used in the Camera Hardware validation process.

Tasked with fine tuning the image quality of images produced using the BlackBerry wireless device. Investigating problem areas surrounding the 3A's: Auto Exposure, Auto Focus and Auto White Balance. Main interest surrounds image quality tuning and ISP integration. Worked on improving Continuous Autofocus algorithm as well as defining scene modes and the tuning associated with them.

BlackBerry Systems Engineering Team - Perform voice quality, data throughput, and Wi-Fi/UMA testing on live AT&T and T-Mobile networks throughout eastern United States and Canada.
