As CEO and co-founder of QB, product and a storage-on-demand service that launched in Moscow in 2018, I led a team to revolutionize the storage industry through innovative IT solutions. I spearheaded the project's technical direction and led the team to release the first working version of the product. I was invited to serve as a board member at Atlas Bus, a Belarus-based online bus ticket aggregator and provider. As a board member, my core areas of focus were product and finance, leveraging my product experience and skills in these areas to support the company's growth and success.Atlas Bus has achieved impressive results, with $45 million GMV and $1.5 million in yearly revenue. It's a heavily product-based business that serves logistics partners with an inventory management system, while also providing a convenient interface for passengers to purchase their tickets and ensure steady demand. As a product and technical co-founder, I played a key role in launching Zakazhi Baton — the first-ever online bread delivery service in Moscow.Key achievements:- Introduced a new business model — an online bread delivery service — resulting in a total of 10,000 orders and generated 12 million rubles (£140,000) in total project revenues- Implemented innovative IT solutions, including streamlined ordering processes, optimised delivery routes, and real-time marketing analytics, resulting in a highly efficient and profitable business model.- Launched an effective marketing campaign and, as a result, achieved the top search ranking on Google for the search term "bread delivery Moscow"

Agile Buro was a Russian venture studio focused on combining offline experiences with online technologies. The company invested by its product expertise and development resources in exchange for shares in a company. As a Product Manager, I led designers and developers in the creation of IT products and participated in the development of product architecture interfaces.My main accomplishment was the launch of the express grocery delivery app. In 2017, this market had not yet boomed and we launched an MVP covering one Moscow neighbourhood, becoming the first to provide 20-minute delivery. The project was completely digital, from apps for ordering to apps for internal operations with a complex backend.The development for all projects was done entirely in-house. I led the team of engineers and designers to build web and iPhone apps from scratch using React Native, as well as the product catalogue.

INT brings new technologies to the Russian education sector (mainly high schools) — from computers to programmable robots and professional science laboratories. It also has its own engineering division which develops IT products for education — online trainers, math books. It was first to develop Russian software for the Logo programming language in the nineties.My key activities and milestones:- Conducted management accounting for the entire group and improved it. Restructured contracts and legal entities to manage intra-group cash flows. Developed and applied several internal accounting policies. Regularly reported to shareholders on the state of the business.- Accompanied tax audits. Built "rules of conduct" for the entire business, balancing between profitability and security. Split operating and financial cash flows, managed transition to a fully legal structure.- Supervised the work of six accountants. Trained the sales department to work with receivables in addition to revenue. Together with the purchasing department, worked on contracts and payments to foreign and Russian suppliers.- Created and managed commercial bank relationships, supporting a credit line of $7M. Prepared annual reports for credit committees. Restructured the group's debt.- Prepared and executed a merger deal with a large publishing holding amounting to $5M.
