After four years of developing national consumer PR plans for brands including Jamba Juice, Bosch home appliances, Dole Packaged Foods, Auntie Anne's, Whole Foods Market, L.A Auto Show, L.A. County Fair, Moe's Southwest Grill, Hyundai Hope on Wheels, and more, I reconnected with my entertainment roots to help establish the agency's Corporate Entertainment Practice in 2014.Clients under the Entertainment Practice included The Recording Academy (GRAMMYs), Easterseals Southern California, FilmL.A., U.S. China Film and Television Expo, PBS SoCal, Prime Focus World, Prime Focus Technologies, Jim Henson Studios and more.Successes include: - Helped the Recording Academy pass the biggest piece of music legislation in the past 40 years through grassroots advocacy efforts that connected artists, producers, songwriters and studio professionals to Congress, while generating media coverage and social media call-to-actions- Executed more than 15 national consumer campaigns and product launches including the animal welfare program at Whole Foods Market, Dole Packaged Foods’ Fruit Bowls and Smoothie Shakers, Auntie Anne’s #pretzelperfect campaign and Bosch home appliances’ redesigned dishwasher line- Led D&I campaigns with Easterseals Disability Services to help Hollywood be more inclusive, and oversaw media relations and outreach for its tentpole events - the Media Access Awards and Easterseals Disability Film Challenge - Launched the inaugural U.S. China Film and TV Industry Expo from the ground up, organizing 60+ key industry executives to speak as part of 10 panels across two days, and leading all of the organizations' integrated marketing efforts with minimal budget. Sustained the event for five years, implementing industry partnerships with the MPA, WGA, PGA, CSA and ICG.

Assisted Senior Publicists with clientele that included A-list actors and musicians, television personalities, chefs and models. Compiled press kits, managed client schedules, built media lists and wrote and edited bios, memos, pitch letters and turn down requests. Helped to manage three department interns. Assisted at the Ferrari Auction for Haiti. Escorted talent on the red carpet of award ceremonies. Managed media relations for television and web series premieres.

Managed Grand Opening for local non-profit organization. Wrote and distributed press releases, media advisory, fact sheet, bio, donation letters and pitch letters for media and VIP appearances. Worked with CEO and founder to coordinate event. Compiled media list, escorted camera crews and tracked media hits.

Assisted in event staffing and media relations. Worked with #1 rated morning news program in Los Angeles to help produce segments and coordinate their live shots. Worked on-site media registration and media center for more than 4,000 local and international media attending one of the top three Auto Shows in the country.
