1. Report directly to the Managing Director and Creative Director, takingdirection from him/her.2. Keep time tracking and project management software up to date on a dailybasis. All work done is to be tracked inside this software.3. Once a week project and client updates with the Managing Director, CreativeDirector, Project Manager, and from time to time other members of theteam.4. Stick to project deadlines, and make sure they are met. If deadlines are notgoing to be met, notification should be given to the Creative Director andclients well in advance.5. Notify Project Manager when work is complete and new work is required. Aneffort should be made at all times to notify Traffic Manager of this beforework is complete.6. Devote time to developing skills and proficiencies in new techniques,software, and any other skill that may enhance productivity. Sometimesthese skills may need to be developed outside of office hours.8. Work closely with project managers and other members of the developmentand creative teams to both develop detailed specification documents withclear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion ofdeliverables.9. Attend client meetings during the sales process and during development.10. Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and makerelevant recommendations to clients. Engage in outside-the-box thinking toprovide high value-of-service to clients.11. Assist with routine daily maintenance, upgrades, and suggestions of upgradesto existing client sites and applications.12. Stay abreast and alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applicationsand the opportunities to integrate them into operations and projects.

• Develop Web Application systems back end and front end using Laravel PHP Framework.• Develop and debug Android and IOS Application using Titanium JS.• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programminglanguages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and API's.• Write the programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website softwareand graphics packages to meet business requirements• Test the website and identify any technical problems• Upload the site onto a server and register it with different search engines. •• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs• Create and maintain software documentation• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operationsand activities• Updating websites• Creating back up files• Solving code problems• Working closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team toboth develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables andtimelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.• Attend client meetings during the sales process and during development.
