Fatima Malik worked as a Research Fellow on a European Social Fund Project (www.organisationsworkandcare) that explored the practical difficulties facing SMEs in managing the work-life balance (WLB) of their staff. The project produced a practical toolkit that was distributed to SME businesses which aimed to help them manage WLB policies and practices on a daily basis.
