Worked to assist children in their homework assignments and ensure their understanding. Engaged with their program activities, lessons, and events that were structured to build value in character development, STEM, and creative expression. I supported activity specialists with implementing the activities.

I began working at JL as a classroom teacher. In a few months, I was promoted as the manager and simultaneously worked with the administrator to build and offer different learning programs for students. I was responsible for marketing, coordination, establishing and maintaining client communications.

Through series of years of one-on-one tutoring, I decided to be a part of a group of aspiring teachers to gain working experience through cooperation. My career as a tutor for 4 years has paved a way for me to work with this company. In a year, I was able to have a better understanding of classroom behavior, and handling children that were younger in age.
