Launch Academy is a 10-week, immersive programming bootcamp designed to give eager learners the background knowledge and skills necessary to add value as a junior contributor to a software engineering team. During my time at Launch Academy I:- Built full-stack applications using React and Rails- Learned basic data structures- Utilized data queries in ActiveRecord, so that my back-end was only supplying my front-end with relevant information (and no user ids!)- Styled apps using Foundation, SCSS and CSS- Contributed to Open Source by adding to Launch Academy's 'make_it_so' gem on Github- Worked collaboratively using pair-programming- Wrote Unit, Feature and Integration tests using Rspec, Capybara and Jasmine-Enzyme
