A consultancy role - primarily to the oil, gas and mining industry. The position involves conducting risk reviews for clients, and training for crisis and emergency teams and responders. It includes the review of documentation of risk and emergency related documentation, making recommendations for their improvement or restructure, and in presenting these at Board level of respective companies.

This was a part-time, voluntary role as I coached a brand new rugby club in Sweden. The team grew from 13 members in April 2011, to 40+ playing members in 2013 and we had an additional social membership which brought club strength to over 65. Management of a multi-million dollar contract on behalf of the World Food Programme in Sudan during a time of significant conflict. Sadly, the project was already scheduled for renegotiation before I joined and, despite significant effort, the new contract was awarded to another company. My contract was thus ended very prematurely.

Supervision of a huge camp in Sudan; provision and supervision of a large guard force and business development for the company to expand operations in a multi-national environment. Expanded business opportunities to involve alarm systems and response techniques. An innovative approach to security in a difficult environment.

Managed all country functions - staff, development, payroll, security, daily functions, monthly reporting, overseas freight.

Fully functional as country manager - payroll, staff, accounting, travel, leave, planning, business development, security, training, weapons usage and management, liaison with Ministries etc

Responsible for a shift of independent consultants to facilitate protection tasks for the US Embassy annex Kabul. Tasks include the supervision and organization of Ghurka static guard forces in all aspects of force protection and threat mitigation as it pertains to overall security of US interests on or around US Embassy grounds.

Responsible for planning and implementing the disposition and collection plans for all equipment associated with the elections process and fully involved in all matters (staff, equipment, finance etc) dealing with the intricate processes required to make the event a success.
