The Cambridge SupTech Lab partners with financial authorities, technology firms and data scientists to craft solutions addressing the emergent gaps between the speed of digitalisation of financial services and the speed at which public agencies can innovate. An initiative of the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, the Cambridge SupTech Lab aims to accelerate the creation and adoption of supervisory technology (SupTech) to enable effective digital supervision and regulation for greater protection of consumers and more scalable, sustainable delivery of financial services. This is achieved through a combination of: - Empirical research and the development of a shared body of knowledge - Co-creation of a scalable digital toolkit - Provision of education, training, peer learning and technical assistance.

The Catalyst Fund Inclusive Digital Commerce Accelerator program, launched in late 2020, scales innovative growth-stage companies that can enable informal MSEs in Ghana to reap the benefits of digital commerce solutions, with a goal of spurring the development of the wider ecosystem.As the Portfolio Engagement Manager, my role is to coordinate sourcing, selection, and support across our portfolio, in order to achieve the impact goals of the program via tailored teams of technical resources and capital support for each company.

The Catalyst Fund Inclusive Fintech Accelerator program, initially launched in 2016, accelerates inclusive fintech startups to build more affordable, accessible, and appropriate solutions for underserved communities, and develops innovation ecosystems in emerging markets. LDLN, pronounced "Landline," is a post-disaster-oriented Locally Distributed Logistics Network that empowers otherwise "in the dark" communities with a network to express their needs, without requiring an external power grid or Internet/cellular infrastructure.LDLN Base Stations — low-cost, low-powered computers — interact with mobile devices carried by constantly moving field agents, turning these individuals into de facto communication lines and supplementing a compromised physical infrastructure. These LDLN Base Stations on the ground automate syncing from offline LDLN-powered mobile apps that can be used to collect information from survivors by an NGO field rep. Once information is recorded to the hub, daisy-chained Pi hubs move the data to its final destination (private "silos," reports, Internet, etc) based on the partner organization's pre-determined parameters.

HANDs! (Hope and Dreams) Project promoted dialogue and exchange between youth in Japan and Asian countries in order to deepen mutual understanding, build networks among young leaders, and encourage collaborative efforts together in the field of disaster education through human capacity development.Connecting young professionals and students from Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and India, HANDs! participants were given an opportunity during the first year to learn about disaster education through study trips in Japan, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand, with a chance to collaborate and create projects for their communities in the second year.The participants were expected to be the “hope and dreams” in their communities who can proactively tackle the social issues such as disaster education using creative methods.HANDs! Project aimed to empower 200+ youth by the year of 2020 in Asian region.

• Conceived and co-created our patented account based mobile ticketing system, including the initial mobile applications, agency interfaces, backend API and platform, and and underlying retail payments gateway • Explore emerging technologies and analyze their applicability to our vision mission, and work, and the feasibility of their implementation• Oversee and take part in the analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, modification, and maintenance of our software platform and surrounding ecosystem• Create and maintain all required technical documentation related to platform components to ensure supportability and PCI/DSS compliance• Provide consultation and technical support to operations and development teams, as well as to outside clients• Suggest, review, and implement architecture and software enhancements
