Subject Matter Expert/ Provided data driven analysis to advise clients on strategy, sponsorship selection, activation and portfolio management for various agency clients, such as Discover Financial Services, Continental Tire, Samsung, YouTube and American Family Insurance./ Managed external clients and led, serviced and cultivated these research-only client relationships, such as ESPN, WBD and Shell Pennzoil. / Executed hundreds of primary research projects; ROI modeling, media campaign assessments, digital listening projects, onsite research methods and partnership satisfaction measurement. From design to budget to execution to actionable insights, every component and detail was owned. / Developed comprehensive database of sponsorship KPI’s that provide context across various sponsorship factors such as tenure, investment, asset mix, activation spend, etc. Agency & Segment Leadership/ Contributing member of rEvolutions Executive Leadership Team from 2017 – 2021 / Developed new research methodologies and offerings (e.g. Partner Satisfaction Measurement) investing in new technology and education to optimize client offering and department output (e.g. bringing all components of onsite research in-house). / Responsible for budgeting and managing segment OPEX, as well as segment annual sales forecast, adjusting staff and resources as business conditions determined.Sales/ For Business development, served as primary face of the research team to prospective clients and supplied and presented the research portion of these pitches. / Prospected and developed research-only (non-integrated) clients, resulting in over 50% of the segment budget as stand-alone business.
