Gymsalen midt i Haugesund sentrum skal være byens mest inkluderende treningssenter – for hele familier, for bedrifter, for deg som noterer ned hvert eneste løft og for deg som ikke har trent noe særlig siden sist du var i en gymsal. Kvaliteten på treningsapparatene- og fasilitetene, samt oppfølgingen fra våre trenere er høy. Samtidig skal terskelen for å komme i gang med trening hos oss oppleves som ekstremt lav.
