I graduated with a Bachelor's of Marketing from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2022, where I studied business, management, marketing, and related support services. I joined Regal Rexnord, a leading manufacturer of power transmission and motion control products, as a SEAL in 2022. Most recently, I was promoted to Area Account Manager. My core competencies include optimizing work processes, instilling trust, and being action oriented.As an Area Account Manager, I manage and grow a book of business with Regal Rexnord's distribution partners. I seek out end user opportunities and utilize a team-based selling approach to meet defined sales goals. I also collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to improve the quality and efficiency of the products and services we offer. I have developed skills in sales forecasting, active listening, and manufacturing process improvement, which help me deliver value to our customers and colleagues.
