- Create, plan, and ensure implementation of the go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning.- Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support sales organization in driving sales.- Ensure achievement of established targets through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed, focusing on achievement of Total Demand Orders, Gross and Net Margin Percentage, Net Price Variance, Net Promoter Score, Inventory Turnover, and Requested On-Time Delivery.- Prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market, evaluate market opportunities and decide on appropriate activities in line with the strategy, and coordinate opportunities across local divisions and business units.- Guarantee profitable and balanced business growth through all product lines.- Create demand through technical promotion, provide solutions and a value base selling approach and implement business pricing policy.- Drive sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for all sales channels and partners. Ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.- Work together with Order Handling and Logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency on inventory and customer satisfaction on delivery.

- Provide direction and leadership for a number of engineering team members within a manufacturing unit.- Drive teams' performance to ensure that safety, integrity, financial and contractual requirements are met.- Initiates and drives continuous improvement activities across the teams.

- Design, analyze, and evaluate projects considering requirements and specifications.- Participate in technical meetings and visit customers all over the kingdom.- Technical support to sales department and projects execution team.- Identify and Implement methodologies for reduction in design and drafting time.

- Develop and improve standard and new products.- Create specifications and detailed design documentations.- Manage and participate in multiple technical projects, process improvement strategies and procedures to increase production capacity and efficiency.- Work as a team member to improve products quality and plant safety.

- Supervise and manage estimation and design activities.- Manage engineering changes using Oracle systems.- Mentor junior engineers and new hires to better improve the competency and efficiency of all staff.

- Handle customers’ inquiries and specification and propose optimum solutions.- Estimate the projects’ cost and prepare Techno-Commercial offers.- Review awarded contracts and approve orders acceptance.- Design equipment layouts, wiring diagrams and schematics.- Prepare and design bills of materials and evaluate labor cost.- Technically support internal departments in process and continues improvement

- Install, test and commission training systems and educational equipment in engineering academies and scientific labs.- Work with technical team and management to evaluate and solve problems.- Set up and implement procedures towards final products at the site.- Coordinate with technical team members to improve the process and meet deadlines.
