Alerting management of and discrepancies. - Accurately count and process inventory by location, unit count, size, and product type during inventory reconciliation and inbound receiving activities. - Verify proper item is in the original packaging in preparation for distribution. - Assist in physical inventories and manage the accurate counting and reconciliation of - Process surplus furniture returns, inspecting the items for wear and determining proper disposition. Conduct a quality inspection and, if determined to be a useable unit, enter back into inventory. If the item(s) are not in useable condition, prepare the product for recycling. - Load, unload, move, stock, stage, and transport product to shipping locations utilizing non- powered and powered material handling equipment. - Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times. - Complete daily inspection of equipment. - Reconciles and ensures that Receiving Information Form’s (RIF’s) are accurate. - Monitors compliance with established safety policies and procedures, both OSHA and internal.

- Supply provision for Rig Petro Vietnam Drilling & HESS Carigali.- Dealing loading/backload task with Petronas Carigali, Repsol, PVD & HESS Carigali.- Checking all goods are qualified to be supply (QC)- Manage document COG, Custom Declaration & Container Checklist before loading.- Supervising loading & backload activity.

- Project under Shell Hook Up Commision, KPOC & Hibiscus Petroleum- Assist loading activity like contact transportation and prepare COG/Gate Pass.- Make sure all the tray/container is pass to be loading.- Collect backload from vessel.- Assist Matco to prepare all material that have been request.
