Programmer and Database Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company internal database system, inventory control processes, and stock distribution operations and stock sharing between our warehouse operations to dropshipping clients who sell our products across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Real, and others.Responsibilities:Database Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive internal database system to efficiently manage inventory, orders, and stock distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the database system aligns with operational needs. Implement enhancements and updates to improve database performance, data accuracy, and user experience.Inventory Control and Distribution: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and ensure accurate records of incoming and outgoing products. Coordinate with dropshipping clients to provide timely and accurate stock updates through CSV files. Interface with e-commerce platforms such as PlentyMarket and JTL software to synchronize stock availability and manage listings.Container-wise Order Management: Develop and implement an organized container-wise order processing system to streamline the movement of products from production to warehouse. Track and manage orders based on container shipments, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and delivery.Stock Transfer and Warehouse Management: Facilitate stock transfers between Warehouses A and B, ensuring accurate documentation and minimal disruption to operations. Maintain optimal stock levels in both warehouses and coordinate with relevant teams to fulfill stock requests.Attendance System with Employee Card: Implement a streamlined attendance system using employee cards equipped with barcodes. Set up a camera-based image capture system to verify employee identity and attendance......................
