Bahja is a company specialized in selling consumers goods products. It has its own selling website where all its products are sold online. My main duty is to find suppliers for the company and make strong relationships with them. In addition, I have to choose the right products for company portfolio and make sure that these products will meet the customers requirements and needs. My duty is not only limited to the above. It includes also diversifying the selling points for the company and open new options and chances to sell Bahja products.

Regdesk is a company specialized in giving consultations for pharmaceutical and medical devices companies which want to place their products in different markets. It gives them the regulatory requirements and registration process steps. My Duty is to:- Explaining the regulatory and registration requirements in the UAE for the companies who want to market their products in the UAE.- Preparing reports about the UAE regulations related to medical devices, medicine and medical products.- Evaluation of products and suggesting the best way to put them in the UAE market.- Following up with companies who want are preparing their files to register their products in the UAE market to make sure that they are preparing their files according to the UAE requirements

My Responsibility is to give my consultation over the regulatory and quality requirements for Alecos products to meet the quality requirements. The purpose is to open new markets for Alecos ranges of products which consist skin care products, beauty products and more. Alecos has two main ranges: Aquablue Men and Purple Touch Women. These two ranges are manufactured according to Cosmetics Europe (formerly Colipa) standards. My duties are:- Preparing PIF (product information files) for personal care products.- Making sure that the products' files complies with the requirements of regulatory laws in the countries where products are going to be marketed.- Contacting regulatory authorities and agencies to understand their regulatory climate, needs and solving problems emerge during the registration process.- Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to know their products’ priorities and make strategies to meet their priorities and fulfil their future plans.

I studied Master in Pharmaceutical Analysis at Trinity College of Dublin ..Depending on my backgroung in Regulatory Affairs , I am studying this program to be a specialist in regulatory Affairs after being an non specialized regulatory affairs co-ordinator for more than one Year in Gulf Drug Est. Abu Dhabi , UAE

My duty was:Managing the Medical Devices and pharmaceutics registration process.Managing the consumables registration process.Registering pharmaceutical Products .Preparing Medical device, pharmaceutics and consumables registration files .Preparing CTD files .Making relation with Regulatory departments in the principles companies (The manufacturers). Lecturing the principles in the new guidelines and updates related to the Medical Device, pharmaceutics and consumables registration process.

My duty as a nutritionist was promoting different kinds of herbal products which the company is offering as an agent of an international companies such as Now® , 21st century®, Vitabiotics®.Giving advises to customers about the company products, how to use them, what the benefits they will get and how long they should use them were the main responsibility .
