• Design review in aspects from planning to detailed design throughout the project development stages including market research as it relates to design for large scale projects to achieve outcomes in terms of revenue, cost and time.Ensure the performance index strategize for the overall Design Management Team is adhere and achieved in the objective set and planned• Ensure undertake/ oversee the market research, feasibilities and financial analysis to develop the project concepts.• Negotiate planning approvals with appropriate regulatory bodies.• Develop a design management plan and update as and when required.• Coordinate and manage full consultant team.• Oversee the design development and ascertain the development is in line with the overall project vision statement.• Develop necessary design guidelines for third party developments.• Organize and chair project meetings during the various project development stages.• Maintain and ensure the design are in standard and quality determined for the Design Management Team.• Ensure the design in line with the management view of creating a sustainable project with achievement in accreditation to LEED standard.• Provide leadership through transparent performance management, strong communication and encouragement of performance excellence.• Support line leadership and integrity of design work that includes the appointed consultants and contractors.• Create an empowered and productive working environment by establishing processes that enable appropriate involvement, delegation and monitoring of staff.
