- Analyzing project in terms of activities involved, time duration and cost management for achieving the planned turnover within the stipulated period for optimizing profit.- Daily Budget monitoring for progress & shortfall. Scheduling balance project activities on Microsoft Project (MSP) and analyzing progress on weekly basis for shortfall and required fast-tracking or crashing schedule respectively to achieve the target date.- Assisting in contractual correspondences with the client and sub-contractor.- Prepared Extension of Time (EoT) and delay damage claim amount document for Covid-19 pandemic and affected original planned completion schedule due to various other delays of late handing over encumber free land, and S&T scheme finalization.- Preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly plans for the site and allocating required resources for monitoring the same on daily basis to minimize slippage.- Developing monthly progress report (MPR) for the Client, quarterly progress report for Lender’s Engineer, various presentation for project stakeholders, project completion report (PCR) and lesson learned as a guide for the upcoming projects and the management requirement.- Conducting Progress review Meetings (fortnightly) and tracking MoM
