With many complex assembly and post decorative processes,i.e. buffing, painting & laser cutting, under extreme time pressure team worked around the clock mass producing this beautiful product meeting operational yield targets.As a Sr. manager at Hayco Group (An Australian owned FMCG in China), and being a key driver of business I managed an a multimillion dollar account with full P&L responsibility of the BU. I demonstrated strong execution in running a multi million dollar Operations producing NSF, FDA conformed Pitchers, Faucet mounts and other filtration devices.Previously as an Engineering Manager at Hayco, I led and drove teams to launch various FMCG in to mass production - product category spanned across personal care, household, beauty care, oral care and baby care for P&G, Clorox, Kärcher, and other key clients.In addition to Management degree, I hold following Certifications:1.
