Sharp Services Load Calculations is a small company Providing HVAC companies with precise, licensed, heating and cooling load calculations.

-Act as manager of daily activity for 1776 Washington Square and primary contact for members/tenants.-Supervise space configuration, hospitality, and amenity services.-Conduct tours, build pipeline, and screen potential members.-Onboard new members and tenants.-Interface with property manager to ensure daily and emergency cleaning and maintenance. Track and report space usage.-Inventory and ensure availability of supplies; order as needed.-Build Center community through regular, member only communication and events.

The Innovation House is Elon University's premier Entrepreneurship Living Learning Community. Students living in the house and from all different walks of life at Elon come to the house to share their ideas, hear from new speakers, and expand their knowledge of Entrepreneurship. The Vice President is responsible for collaborating with the president and other members of the executive board to foster an innovative, close-knit community, with the goal of bringing student ventures and projects to life.
