MHI is a production builder of semi custom single family homes and town homes. Building throughout the 5 major Texas markets. MHI builds thousands of homes annually and is honored as one of the top 30 homebuilding firms in the nation. Homes range from $120,000 to millions and between approximately 1,500 – 6,500 square feet.• Manage and coordinate up to 10 projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and staying within budgets• Supervise approximately 15 subcontractors throughout the construction process to ensure quality control and on time completion of homes• Plan the release of materials to coordinate with the construction schedule to make sure homes are completed within the designated time frame • Provide customer service per warranty guidelines to maintain customer satisfaction rate of 98%• Work directly with sales team to ensure homes are completed to the client’s specifications

--Promote store sales and profit goals by providing excellent guest service, reviewing sales reports and conducting thorough training for all associates--Provide feedback and input to Assistant Managers on development of department initiatives and plans--Supervise and schedule other employees--Monitor store safety and security--Assist with deterring theft and minimizing shortages--Inspect merchandise for theft protection measures; fulfilling MPS sheets

- Human resources outsourcing- Inbound & Outbound calls from associates for different companies around thecountry- Assist enrolling Walmart associates in health benefits for annual enrollment- Assist enrolling BAE (British Aerospace Engineering) & KBR (Kellogg Brown& Root) associates in health and 401k benefits- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes to assist with incoming calls
