• Conduct School Safeguarding training for Refugee parents in refugee-led organizations (RLO).• Initiate communications with refugee community-based organizations and create a database with all available information. • Compile and manage data on referrals and beneficiary feedback as per project requirements and contribute to the preparation of reports.• Coordinate communication and facilitate information sharing among the project team,implementing partners, and project beneficiaries regarding project activities, referral servicesand accountability data to strengthen beneficiary support networks and ensure projects areresponsive to beneficiary needs.• In coordination with the project team, support capacity-building events for CRS staff andcommunity representatives on CRS accountability and referrals systems.• Coordinate, monitor, and report on volunteer activities.• Attending workshops and external meetings with UNHCR and other organizations for updates sharing.• Maintain and follow up on the cases on our system (CommCare), and make sure all cases that need follow-up are closed and responded to promptly.• Orient and train the new volunteers and staff on the accountability and referrals system.• Assist in safeguarding training for partners when needed.• Responsible for referring the cases to relevant organizations and following up to make sure that the applicant received the service.
