As project planner I collaborate with the project manager in order to meet customer needs. My responsibilities include communicating with our customer in weekly metric meetings, analyzing data in monthly performance scorecards, tracking and adjusting a schedule for annual projects, and managing a team in house. In addition to these responsibilities, I have also collaborated with a team to streamline in house processes and have seen drastic improvement in performance metrics reported by the customer. I have also participated in various community service events, representing the company.

In this role I acted as an operations manager for various Airlines, managing both above and below wing operations. For below wing operations, I reviewed KPIs and worked with a team of ramp agents to meet deadlines for both inbound and outbound flights as well as to ensure guests received their luggage and departed in a timely manner. For above wing operations, I trained and supervised guest facing agents in check in, boarding, and abnormal operation procedures to elevate our guests experiences while at our station. In addition to my guest facing role, it was also my responsibility to communicate with our corporate customers to report station metrics, as well as to represent them in monthly airport authority meetings. I also worked to support our local corporate operations by performing administrative duties such as interviewing, hiring, orientation, invoice tracking, scheduling, and scheduling and leading meetings.

As Merchandise Operations Leader my core responsibility was to track and manage inventory within the store, this included weekly inventory checks, random audits, and data analysis to track and predict merchandise need. In this role I also acted as a shift lead and managed a team of three to ten people to meet daily sales and performance goals. I also played a role in creating a culture focused on charity, helping our store become one of the top in the company in raising donations.
