• Responsible for a team of 42 cell members providing day-to-day managerial support including setting delivery targets, department briefings and people management.
• Department responsibility for managing time sheets and shift rotas for a team of 120 employees including external contractors and agency staff.
• Representing the department in project and team meetings, specifically presenting briefings and presentations on overall delivery programmes.
• Supporting the Human Resources function in both internal and external interviews as well as employee disputes and disciplinary proceedings.
• Providing operational support to senior members of staff to improve overall department efficiencies.
• Working as part of the business change team looking at identifying areas within the department processes which can be streamlined for improved output.

• Worked as part of the project team for the implantation of a new Red Prairie Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conducted a feasibility study of new and existing RDT equipment and responsible for ensuring compatibility with the new WMS. Produced a number of recommendations to the project team based on results.
• Implemented company data protection and security protocols within the WMS by managing user function access.
• Produced and implemented the configuration document from the design specification with the aim of ensuring correct functionality within the Delphi Lockheed Warehouse Model.
• Responsible for providing training on the new system to existing staff members.
• Direct support to the project manager during the Go-Live Phase and continuing to provide technical support to the project on an on-going basis.
