At Apple, I work at the intersection of healthcare and technology. I built Apple Canada’s Healthcare business from the ground up, responsible for creating the strategy to drive Apple technology adoption within the enterprise healthcare setting, developing a partner ecosystem to realize the strategy, leading go-to-market efforts with cross-functional teams, and continuing to refine and evolve our approach based on evolving market dynamics. In addition, I successfully led the introduction of behaviour change health programs leveraging Apple Watch to the consumer mass market. Partnering with strategic payor and platform partners to deliver first-to-market programs to Canadians.

I was selected to launch Women@Apple for the Canadian corporate and retail teams. As co-chair, I lead 15 corporate and retail team members to deliver activations to over 1000 members and allies.

Telus is one of the largest telecommunications companies in Canada, with over 19 million customer connections. I was recruited to the Emerging Digital Solutions organization to build the Telus Consumer Health team and lead strategy development and execution for the business. I led a team of product marketing associates to craft the B2C health strategy for Telus and execute on a multi-year, end-to-end GTM plan to support the launch of connected health and fitness products in-store and online. My team was responsible for the launch of mass marketing health campaigns, sales enablement initiatives such as sales rep training and in-store merchandising redesign, as well as the onboarding of a new product category, fall detection.

Created the Business Improvement Program, leading a team of pricing associates responsible for supporting cross-functionals teams in the identification and delivery of revenue generating and cost containment opportunities. Launched continuous improvement challenge, called Telus Improvement Days to foster a culture of ownership and innovation. The challenge remains active and is ran throughout the year by different departments. To-date, the program has delivered hundreds of millions in EBITDA contribution.
