As head of Department of Computing, I am responsible for every administrative activities in the Department. The activities include coordinating of two undergraduate (Computer Science and Information Technology) and two postgraduate (Computer Networking and Information Technology) programs; supervising of 45 staffs and 800+ students; organizing and managing the resources of 9 computer laboratories with 330+ computers; organizing of short term trainings; scheduling of classes and exams; preparing plans and generating report; represent Department of Computing on any matters. As coordinator of the department I have successfully (along with my colleagues) launched the above two postgraduate programs; increased the no. of computer laboratories from 5 to 9; prepared the organizational structure of the department along with different policies and guidelines; developed the department website.

As lecturer, I am responsible for teaching lecture and lab courses; advice student projects; conduct problem solving research projects and provide community services.The courses I have offered include: - Wireless communication and mobile Computing - Computer Security- Computer networks - Fundamentals of Database systems- Fundamentals of programming - Introduction to computer science- Computer security Lab
