Mi’nLo is a natural lip care cosmetic brand currently in development, with a mission to help people embrace their lips and bring them confidence and empowerment.

Project: The aim of the project was to develop and launch a vaccine against the so called Respiratory Syncytial virus (RSV).Responsibilities included: • Update required budgets and resources for execution of project in line with Project / Program/ Strategy• Coordinate and track progress of project schedule(s) against agreed milestones, costs and resources• Coordinate the meetings agendas among all involved worldwide parties, draft and release team meeting minutes and follow-up on actions and decisions• Ensure relevant and timely communication around projects to relevant stakeholders• Ensure documentation and archiving of project governance• Ensure identification of project risks and integration with the program risk register and manage the register on an on-going basis

Thesis: « Development of an Encapsulation Method of Palladium complexes in Biodegradable Nanostructures for In-Cellulo Catalysis ». The aim was to obtain anticancer drugs with a better potency.Responsibilities included:​ ​• Set the project timeframe ​• Bibliographic search​• Find new ideas for the project/be creative​• Plan and set the chemical experiments​• Characterize the obtained product​• Analyze results ​• Collaborate with different scientific research teams​• Write reports, publications and prepare presentations to show the work’s progress ​• Participate to scientific conferences

Project: « Synthesis and characterization (DLS, TEM & DSC) of Ionic Liquids as a new approach for drug delivery systems ».
