About Mohamed Saad Ibn Seddik

For the last 9 years I have been building intelligence for marine vehicles. For my PhD, I helped raise about $17M in R&D budget to finance a game-changing approach to marine Oil and Gas data acquisition using a large fleet of underwater vehicles. At MIT, I built collaborative intelligence for robots to help humans achieve predefined common goals. At Sea Machines Robotics, I built the autonomy capabilities of the company and grew the autonomy team. Over the last 10 years, I have participated and engineered more than 10 autonomous vessels.
