In my role as Director of Location Research, I focused on sales and consulting services in the areas of site location analysis, customer profiling and predictive analytics. Michael consistently performed as Tetrad's top sales producer and as a trusted advisor to corporate clients across a wide variety of industries.

Michael was one of the original members of Colliers International's Corporate Services group - a division responding to the growing need among large organizations for outsourced corporate real estate solutions. He contributed to the planning and management of an operational strategy raising net divisional revenue from $1MM (FY1998) to $11MM (FY2001). Michael also co-established a specialized team focusing exclusively on corporate location planning and real estate site selection strategies.

Michael was responsible for conducting retail market analysis and feasibility studies to determine the optimum development strategy for large-scale retail anchored development projects. He also developed GIS market share models to evaluate underperforming regional shopping centres and identify financially sound redevelopment plans. Michael participated in numerous international projects throughout North America, Asia and Europe.
