Managing multiple Projects under different methodologies, JDI, PMI and Six Sigma. GENERAL SUMMARY Completes diversified diagnostic procedures and complex troubleshooting of systems to module level. Uses a variety of test equipment and interprets appropriate error messages and takes proper corrective action. Trains junior technicians and assists Test Engineering qualifying new test procedures/products. Working from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans utilizing manufacturing test development or diagnostic equipment. Performs functions such as design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly. SKILLS Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.Appropriate mathematical knowledge. Knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation. Appropriate understanding of computer architecture. Related experience in a high tech manufacturing environment. Appropriate debugging skills. Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.

Working within the New Production Department (NPI) initializing and maintaining the complete ECO (Engineering change order) and Purge Process. ECO and Purge execution involved Liaison with our U.S counter parts, establishing a daily forum of discussion for each ECO and Purge, investigation of the issues highlighted and evaluating the impact to the Cork plant.

Working in final test involves reconfiguration a wide range of symmetric cabinet’s as requested by the customer and shipping it to a high standard. I also have experience in the different test areas supporting various products such as the starts and temp cycle test departments. During my time in final test I have had experience shipping a wide variety of Symmetrix products ranging from the Symm 3, Symm 4/4.8 Symm 5/5.5 Symm 6/6.5 Symm 7/7.5, V-Max and Alicanto systems covering a variety of Diagcode/Testware and Shipcode testing. I was also put in charge of the FRU area on the shop floor used to test upgrade material for customer service.

This job required the setting up of the following machinery: Molding machines, Pneumatic and Hydraulic machinery, Welding and Laser Welding Machines. Work was carried out in a high pressure and high paced environment. This job included the responsibility of group leader which meant that I supervised over 10 operators on a daily basis.
